Introduction to the Enneagram
90-MINUTE VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON WORKSHOP
This introductory workshop is designed to help each team member understand what the Enneagram is, along with its structure and function. Participants will be able to follow along with resources provided and will be given a chart to map their team post-session. Questions not answered during the scheduled sessions may be answered in writing after the session.
Team Dynamics & Communication
90-MINUTE VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON WORKSHOP
This session will focus on helping team members understand how their core motivations show up at work. Participants will learn about how these motivations influence communication style and how a lack of awareness of “blind spots” can cause conflict among team members. When team dynamics are observed through the lens of each type, employees gain a more comprehensive understanding of the potential for miscommunication, and learn to move forward in more effective ways.
This session is only available after the Introduction to the Enneagram as it does not include an overview of the Enneagram system. These sessions can be scheduled separately or as a half-day retreat.
